HOW TO BUY
Buying an Andersen charger couldn’t be simpler.
We design, build and install our chargers in the UK. You can buy everything you need from us directly and exclusively on our website.
Click the “Buy” button at the top right of this page and follow our menu:
DESIGN YOUR EV CHARGER
Visit our online design studio to customise your charge point. Choose your colours, power and cable length. Once you’re happy, go to step 2.
SELECT YOUR INSTALLATION
Choose “Standard Installation” or our “Premium service”
85% of our installations fall into our “Standard” category.
When you order with a standard installation, we will email you a questionnaire to confirm the install content. If all is okay, will proceed with offering you an installation date.
If you plan to buy a 22kW charge point, do not have time to complete our questionnaire or your proposed installation is not typical, we would recommend you use our Premium installation design service. Our Premium service creates an installation just for you
When you choose our Premium Installation Service, we will contact you to arrange for a member of our survey team to visit your home.
Our visit will confirm your needs, whether a standard installation is possible, and if not, assess the options and create a design. You will be sent a fixed quote for any additional materials and labour required over and above our standard installation specification to complete the install within 5 days of the survey.
You can select “no install” for an A2 charge point, but to have your installation completed by experts and benefit from our market leading 3 year onsite warranty on both the unit and the installation, you should use our installation service.
PAY ONLINE
Pay online securely.
After you’ve paid, if you’ve selected Standard installation, you’ll receive an online survey to complete.
If you’ve selected “Premium Install Service”, we’ll contact you to arrange a survey at your home.
